I am off for a run and not answering the 'phone or responding to any, 'we are sorry sir but.....' e-mails!!!
I suppose that any of us who are told SORRY could just be content with framing our confirmation e-mails!!!

I feel like in the computer day and age it is easy to make tons of fake email address's. And its not realistic to take 10,000+ peoples personal info before hand to make sure everyone is a legit sole individual.
