The move to be represented by Tag.was a bad one, the decks that were released last week were nice but the business decision to make newimages for the upper tier and the lower tier a rehashed image was a really bad move, with the lower tier the buyer didn't even get the coa that would come with the upper tier set.

jerkface has been around for a while, hebru is newer to the scene. The interest is there , but not for reseller market. Just look at his ebay stats and follow them, i sit in front of monitors all day so it's easy for me to do.

Donโt you think itโs a little ridiculous that jerkface prints are selling at prices in line with Silver Flags, and within reach of a handful of other unsigned Banksy prints? Does this not feel unsustainable?
My comment is entirely not because I missed the boat, more because I just donโt get it beyond straight up price manipulation. Buying a jerkface giclee for $7k looks to me like buying a house in spring 2008 and telling yourself that prices can only go higher.

Everyone wants Hebru to be big because he's finally getting to LA, NYC and Asia... Facts are facts tho, originals that are 40k at source can't get 10k on secondary ... The world only wants to see so many cartoon flyboys
And totally agree with sustainability and a recession hurting this market a LOT in the coming year or so... Especially being that these artists are mostly collected by younger guys just grabbing art cause it's cool to show on IG... They'll all run the minute they see hard dip in value, and it's coming for a lot of things

there is no better expert than a 5 day ebay auction...these jerkface experts will tell you 1500 to 2000, but when the actual print is out for grabs, the print will net no where near that.
