I doubt it, any one who signed up for SoS newsletter would only of needed to reply saying they wanted one, they didn't sell out for hours, and the newsletter was sent out in the evening when people aren't at work.
I've just checked it seem like 11 people in this thread have bought one, even if you doubled that it's only a fraction of the print run.
