I've replied to all non - ER threads, and updated the thread with a few that are sold, and have also dropped a few prices.
Re: the range question... *shrug emoji*
On my side it's a combination of a) not knowing exactly what market is on ER is right now, and b) not 100% knowing if I want to sell it.
The answer to the latter depends on ER offers and how much of the rest I sell. And, tbh, sitting with the idea of letting it go. I think we've all got a range of emotional attachment in our portfolios, from 'I'll die with this piece on my wall' to 'I'm fine letting it go'. That piece is somewhere in the middle for me, so it makes for a tougher decision than most.
But I've tried to be as transparent as I can be on the thread, and will in the PMs shortly.

As for Eastern Realm, given the success of the rest, not feeling a huge need to sell it. I'm happy to listen to godfather offers, but not sure how helpful that is here.

I offered 5k like he said. Never heard back until I sent another message. He responded with he had it sold locally at a higher price and if it fell through he would contact me.
2 days later he bumps the thread again for more offers. So either clearly doesn't want to sell it or he doesn't really want the price he initially asked.
Just letting you know my situation. I did at least get a response.

And I've followed up with several people off the boards as well. So I have tried to be responsive. It's true that I dropped the thread on you Jangaloon, and waldropx. My apologies.
There's been (as usual) some purchase threads that have petered out after a promising start.
I tried to delete the thread to stop wasting people's time, but of course it only deleted my original post. So now we have a headless thread that'll confuse everyone. Awesome.
