f**k that! The buyer after a month has gone quiet, refund the cash because Karma rules. It's just decent. Back in the day in the day if someone fucked you around for few quid it's on! Expext to get fucked up. Maybe that's just the circles I moved in.

I asked on the 4th June if he was still interested or should I relist it, and he replied that he was “100% committed”, I was ok with that, and I was happy to work with him to get it to him safely, and still would be, if he kept in touch. His last communication was on July 2nd.
I’m not here to rip anybody off, I hope it works out.
Anyway, it’s back for sale.
