By definition every banksy print is a classic, & if you read the first post properly you would understand that I am trying to gauge the price for a gift print, not an edition print, & being as I was offered a signed GWB gift print (now sold) at approx half the going rate as an editioned one, thought it would be advisable to get people's opinions. Not down talking just being sensible with my money like you would be with yours.

It is my print that i've put on ebay.
I bought it from the original owner, the Chris to whom it is dedicated, a couple of years ago. I had it framed by Gary (Mr Frameman) and had it on display since but need a bit of cash and I figure this is the easiest part of the collection to sell.
I understand the mixed views on owning someone else's gift print, especially a dedicated one - however to my mind Banksy spent longer thinking about signing this than he did on the regular edition.
When I bought this I enquired about the gift prints and a/ps at several online galleries and had been quoted ยฃ11k for a gift print (without COA).

I know what you mean, I had a signed soup can that I sold to a forum member, I couldn't get a COA as it was not gifted to me but I still got a few quid without the COA

There's a plinth/platform built off the back to about 2cm and then the print in hinged (using archival methods) to this plinth so it looks like it's floating.

It is purple one, mint condition, with pest control, kept in a folder etc. no idea how to post a pic... in fact haven't' taken one yet, but could sort that out via email

I am currently waiting his reply on my split the difference counter offer. This one is also very nicely framed which I'm sure would of cost at least ยฃ200. How you compare this colour to yours is all a matter of personal taste, but I'm guessing yours is equal or better than this one. Hope this helps with your valuation good luck with your sale.
