its not worth anything near 3K IMO- this isnt a gift print - its a real soup colourway in all likelyhood, but £1K is pretty optimistic for what is part of the print run but will never be authenticated.

there was a lot of so called signed back door prints floating around about a year ago.....i would suggest this maybe one of these IMO

Happyshopper to my knowledge most gift prints did indeed have symbols on them..or a dedication

also with regards to pricing..i think you are n the clouds at over £3k..my value..and this is only my value is around £500-£600

there was a back door soup can print on ebay for ages and ages at £500, not sure if ever sold.

no COA no good...unless someone can't afford an authenticated print in which case fair enough but at over £3000 I'm sure they would rather buy an unsigned..me included.

I don't understand how it has any more value than say a WCP.

Unless you were personally given it by Banksy or worked at POW, there is no provenience to it and so impossible to sell as the real deal.

The back doors are the same as the original prints from POW. Same screens, paper, inks and printer. Only thing missing is the written number.

But they're *not* within the edition and they are stolen, so no value in a perfect world. Still they have a value as they are the same as the real run and people want them.

WCPs are just more or less well made copies. Not the same screens, ink or paper.

I would think you would need to offer up a much better pitch and provenance than is currently on view.

eg if you met and bought from the original gift why did the not get or why did you not ask for the COA.

with out this or without a decent concept and even with one it's a big chane but I have not heard anything here that supports it being real and I am not saying it's not but this is way out there in the reality world for 3K.

Mine is just a view based on what I have read as opposed to the actual piece. One of the reasons they do not COA them is the fact that they cannot tell what's real and what's not.
