West country prince is on the wrong paper, with the wrong colours and printed with copied screens!
Rumor has it EINE used to flog these when he was a printer at POW, but the 'backdoor brummie' prints are better known especialy the 'mini prints' i.e. monkey queen and turf war!

But they're not genuine, however they were produced, they're not part of the run, they won't be authenticated, they're unofficial.
Unless of course you mean in a hundred years time?

They do have a value though whatever that is. A fake Banksy in Camden has a value. Few of these came through members and have appeared a number of times and are not real backdoors so just an old member does not make it a real backdoor. Just as there were a load of fake prints a few years ago. One of the group were from Coventry so remember it well as my home town.
So being on good or similar paper is not enough if you do not and cannot have any provenance. So if you were not at the backdoor just regard it as a fake but if its a nice fake and a print you like buy it as you would a fake anything or a print from Habitat/Ikea.
So neither the seller or buyer of this particular print has any idea if it is real or not.

one with framing damage sold for ยฃ1200 on ebay last month, so I cant see you getting more than that.. good luck !
