COA not important here, but they should be issued to all, not just the ones who purchased direct.

Seems like a really nice guy . He said he was informed ArtRepublic sent out their own Coa , told him it was just a standard A4 invoice . Also told him about them sending the prints out tightly rolled and problems getting them flat as he had asked about my experience with ArtRepublic . Top marks to John for taking a interest and trying to help .

Just had a reply from Mr Doe, Art Republic initially told him they preferred to send their own COA but since then have asked him to send them some!

Would have been so easy to send flat, they're not that big! Was just hoping that with the set being sold out that there was maybe some progress on the flattening front that would give me hope! I'll definitely email them and then it might be a week or two of wait and see how it goes as ideally I don't want a refund. Is that people's general plan? |

So just rest them on top of some acid free paper, gently ease them open and with some tissue on top, place a large hardback book over them each individually. In a few days they will flatted out well enough. I've also been in contact with AR who say they're going to be sending the COA's out next week. Hope this helps.

I'm pretty patient and good with my flattening but apart from an ebay purchase where there was some amateur packing and I ended up negotiating a reduced price these are the tightest rolled prints I have ever received. E-mailed AR and got a polite reply with the offer of a refund and also they did say that tubing is there usual method of shipping but flat shipping could be requested for future purchases although could have extra cost. Worth knowing for smaller prints I suppose.
Also had the John Doe COA delivered from them this morning. Signed for delivery so some of you may have an unexpected note from the Post Office waiting for you when you get home.
Would have preferred some common sense packing in the first place but fair play to their customer service afterwards which ha been prompt and helpful.
ps Prints slowly flattening out!
