Which Bot?, by sneakersnart on Mar 31, 2018 20:54:06 GMT 1, I donโt flip. All but one of my clients are collectors. I buy one for me as a store of value/investment the rest go to collectors. You buy them for people and then charge them a markup. That's flipping. Just like the eBay sellers. They buy plan to sell to a real collector and charge twice the retail price for coverage of eBay fees and make at least 25% profit. Same as you. Wait...do you have proof of that?
I'm a service. Never do I have a print shipped to my address. All prints are shipped and billed directly to my clients, I then collect my service fee on good will. I'm not reselling prints to anyone...
At the end of the day you're entitled to your own opinion though.

Your service is the same as anyone of those eBay flippers. Purchase a piece with no intention to keep it and make a profit off it.
You can spin it anyway you want but the outcome is the same thing.

I see your point. But agree to disagree

The client is purchasing the print and tipping him for his service.. essentially.

Technically it doesn't matter. It's as shady and abusing the system as someone flipping the other way.
