The one on ebay is being sold by a guy who recently sold a framed 'toxic mary' and now has another framed one on sale. Bit weird.
Seems to be selling a lot of Banksy stuff so a collector getting rid?
Bongo sold his despite me asking for it several times and then him not PM'ing me his final offer so it annoyed about that.
FourPutt - I agree with you but will pay a little more to someone who can provide references, full provenance, wait for me to contact POW to check first and then meet for a cash deal. (credit cards may be safer but no fun in that).
