Very much so! It may be that within a very short time of listing the print, a buyer saw the price, assumed it was signed and thought they would make a cheeky offer, without properly checking the listing details. I know if I were the seller I'd have been quick to accept that price too.
Can't think of any other reason how this may have happened.
