I'd pay no more than £600 - unsigned won't move much in price in the next few years I think.

hi , i'd say £ 600 is the absolute top at the moment for unsigned grannies, they went up to £ 700 after first released but that's usual in the initial panic to get hold onf a missed print.

Same thing will prob happen with Morons , the first to sell will go for the most cash and then i reckon they'll come down sharply

I would'nt be at all suprised to see Morons selling for around £ 400 unsigned as i suspect an awful lot were bought to sell on immediately.

i picked up Grannies on ebay for GBP485 sometime after the POW sale, so it might be an idea to wait a little, avoid the rush for prints and let the price settle down.

GBP500 for a signed i think and 200 for the unsigned

£500 sounds a bit more reasonable, £485 sounds a relative bargain, not as cheap as the original POW price, but still.
The one currently on ebay has a buy it now price of £650 and the seller said he bought it for that price. He may be online here of course! But if the market values are around the £500 mark, will certainly wait and see what comes up in the future.

patientce is the key. oh, and watch the auctions and try and nip in at the end if it's still reasonable.
i find when gauging what my limit is to pay, think of it like this: if it did not rise at all in value, or even dropped say 10%, would you be happy to pay what is being asked?
i was gonna pay up to £500 for flags and was over the moon to pay £430. took a couple of weeks of watching and resisting the urge to splurge but was worth it.

I've seen some printers proofs floating around on ebay awhile back, a set of LA prints.

Not sure what happened to these, they were expensive though.

I have a spare unsigned Grannies for swap. I paid £525 if not a bit more for this but just bought a set of LA prints so rather than hoard it away would rather do a swap deal.
Open to swaps - anyone any ideas!

i have grannies no157 would like to swap for a pulp whatever number i know they are not worth the same and i'm prepared to part with some cash or have some eelus which i might consider parting with. Look forward to everyone's response

Unfortunately Daniel, your grannies is closer in value to an unsigned pulp dvd than an it is to unsigned pulp print. I would try offering your grannies for say a VM (if you're lucky) or a rat perhaps. You may also get an applause given the size/framing cost.

I bet there will be a lot of swapping once all of the 6 LA prints are out in circulation.

I think it is a slightly different situation with the Grannies print. I bought it with the full intention of putting it up on my wall. I had only seen it on the POWs website which doesn't have the best facilities for viewing prints. When it actually arrived I didn't really like it as much as I thought I would... It's just too pink to go up on my walls. With the new Banksy prints on POW you have to make a decision in like 3 seconds or you might not get it.

I am now holding on to mine in the hope of trading it for another print that I like more.


I did get an Applause which I absolutley love - it's currently at the framers. Ready a week on Saturday ;D

Streetgirl, there is/was as igned grannies for 4.5k buy it now which in todays climate is probably a good deal!
Once the show at the Hospital comes around, prices will increase again and that will probably look like a good deal!!
Might sound crap but I remember offering £380 for a signed Jack and jill when the buyer wanted £500. I told him he was mad and he'll never get £500. We still stay in tocuh and he has now offered it to me again for 4.5k
