It was an A/P, therefore done before the main run, the print was at ghetto 03 with the main body available later, so 03 doesnt sound wrong to me, the price yag is a bit too high in my opinion, but a rare as hens teeth signed A/P of a stretch pulp....... worth a fair bit, the seller might be chancing it at 30K though. |

...I thought maybe it could be in homage of Warhol and his bananas but at the same time I dont quite fully understand why Warhol chose to draw bananas in his work?

Rather than spending all that time looking for examples of a this print framed up... you can see and post examples in this thread! This will allow everyone on the board to have a look at what other people have done with each print to see how different mats, frames, and mountings look for each individual print. This should be a good way to save time from searching all over, plus it will give you some nice ideas for your Banksy!
Feel free to add photos of your framed example in each of the appropriate threads, there is a "Framed" thread under each print listed in the 'Banksy Limited Edition Prints' section. To keep each thread manageable and on topic, please refrain from commenting. Also, remember to resize images that may be oversized so everyone can have a proper look at your framing work!

You can try e-bay in order to get one but be prepared to pay a lot of money for one as they don't come around very often

They will due to prov, condition etc.. I think if you take the last 5 and avg them your ball park 1500 - 1700+ ish for pf.
