I've always been impressed with the quality of Jealous galleries prints. I've not seen the quality of the French Oli Epp print but it was about half the cost of carpe from memory, and half as many colours too.

Agreed. I think the fact they print in house shows the care and attention. I like the fact that Carpe is part of Oli winning the Jealous prize aswell.

Unfortunately, it seems the vast majority bought to hold and speculate. That's something I dislike. I've only seen 1 or 2 framed Carpe diems.. I can't wait to get mine back from framer, and no I wasn't lucky enough to get from the source.
The line is long for anything, even if you got in it last year. It's tough

I don't think there's any way to avoid flippers buying things up these days. With an artist like Oli I hope to get something of his on my wall one day, but he doesn't release a lot so I don't consider it likely. At the moment I consider myself almost lucky I managed to just pick up a show card at his Paris exhibition!

Wasn't implying that you were mate, was refering to even the sneaker boys read this forum to latch onto what is popular these days. Nope there is hiding from the dolphins of a popular 60's tv show.

Always nice to be called a dumbhead and completely unnecessary someone needs to learn to respect other people views

Unfortunately it'll likely just be eBay references for a while... Editions weren't big (CD was tiny),and most bought to keep.
Ms sold most recently for I believe around 1.6kusd.. and the only one listed is 2.5kusd (clearly high).. that makes CD pricing hard being that most think it's a better print in general, along with a lot smaller edition.

Luckily I was able to accuire a multi on the secondary, the same cant be said for carpe diem. Like todd said low edition number in collectors hands. Good luck with your search, if you cant find one, frame your multi and enjoy it, I have and it looks awesome.
