All conservation with a black frame, interestingly he's painted his frame using farrow and ball's 'railings' - it really lifts the print!
Echo others, the packing was superb, best i've seen and the quality of the print is breathtaking!

Good luck making a trade but i think the older prints trade at a tad higher in price at the moment so you might have to add a tiny bit of money also, guessing this might change over time.

The problem you face is that no-one seems in much of a rush to sell the print.
Bearing in mind that Epp's other prints are going for around Β£1200/Β£1300, what's the value of his debut print with such a smaller edition?
I would be hoping to pay around Β£1600/1700 if I was looking to buy now but you can understand why sellers would hold out for more as the artist is still extremely early into his career and therefore holding on to the prints at this stage isn't perceived as too much of a gamble
