Anybody care to guess the current value of an unsigned? If a signed is arguably in the £85k region, I'll be interested to see what the premium is for the signature and yes I would certainly covet a signed version. I also recognize the scarcity of the signed in a smaller edition of 150 against 600 unsigned.
Its also been suggested to me that maybe some canvases could represent good value if prints are fetching such lofty prices.

Can't get that link to work.
The rat estimate seems completely out of touch with reality. I know that auction houses like to tempt people in but if they seriously have put £25-35k on that canvas I would not be happy as the seller. These sell at £100k+ privately and I know of at least one that sold for quiet a bit more.
The Paranoid is too low an estimate as well with them achieving £100k+ privately but at least its relatively in the ballpark compared to the rat.
