Although the Spanish J is different (stronger like Jamon) I don't think that is used in this case. Take into account that Pejac has family and career in France, where they also use the soft J like in English.

I think it is pronounced "peh-jacques", either stressed on first or second syllable. at least that's the way the spanish pronounce it.
