I am sorry.
I don't think it's a scratch. If you run your fingers inside, can you see if the porcelain has cracked?
In my opinion it's a breakup.

Packed it away now but will check later this week. I've already emailed them saying a scratch but hopefully as everyone has the same problem, I hope I'm covered.

Gorgeous quality screen print on thick paper. Stamped, but only the COA is Signed and Numbered... which doesn't bother me at all for print that's just ยฃ60!

Production started yesterday, which is a long process of casting, painting and adding decals. They expect to have the replacements ready by latest end of this month. If earlier they will inform you and send out immediately.
They also believe the container inside was the reason why it broke and are working on extra packaging.

I also believe the cotainer inside the vase was the main reason for the damage. At first I thought the whole vase was broken due to the sounds it made inside the packaging - still strange that it appeared on almost the exact same spot for most people...
