Tate actually wrote me that they would be shipped this week, not necessarily today.

What a joke. They are more than likely delaying the delivery until the tie up loose ends and sell the remaining few so not to incur extra delivery fees. These are literally on people's walls already, there is no excuse for a delay

I would agree with you, however when you consider that half of the prints are sitting on peoples walls gathering dust raises the issue significantly. This is not your average delay in my opinion.
