I know that Banksy's prints resell for tens of thousands, but since I've been collecting art (not long), I haven't heard of a new print being released for a reasonable price besides the Sales End Lottery pieces.

As I wrote on IG , I know perfectly the original canvas ( of this stencil ) as I was - when I was a kid - stamp collector and fan of Napoleon ( this one had been used for propaganda )
For me ( but I can be wrong )
It’s Napoleon Bonaparte by David ( Géricault made one too ) at Col du Grand St Bernard between France/Switzerland and Italy in the Alpes . It was called the Campaign of Italy to go in Austria with his army.
We know perfectly that Italy wants to stop now migrants ( extrem right government ) , and that french neonazis, fascists, have been up there ( on the col ) to stop migrants more than one month ago ! Very clever one by Banksy The red cape on the head could mean the shame , to this Propaganda against migrants. It could symbolize migrants too that have no way to go ..

Quite often takes a while for his IG and website to claim new works.
Irrespective of being his or not it's unlikely that it'll make ur dream of new affordable prints come true.
