It looks more than suspect .. it states pest control .. but is only an email .. not a certificate ..

The email states they cant offer a COA and then asks for payment for the COA they cant offer.... Looks like a dodgy cut and paste from another email to me.

Also the "no number" and initial looks to have been done by an epileptic spider.

I wouldn't touch it with yours let alone mine.

For private treaty unsigned you are looking somewhere from £9-11k in my view depending on condition. Signed I’m not sure as they’re not many out there.

Prescription are high with that pricing. One hammered at £9.2k last week at Forum and I’ve been offered numerous at £10-11k over the last month. I think your pricing was the high water mark a few months back on this print.

SOLD PAYMENT PENDING AND NO LONGER AVAILABLE.

     I am selling an unsigned “Bomb Middle England” from the edition of 500. It was previously framed. It suffered a fall, once framed, and required restoration. I paid £800 to get to this condition, and any potential buyer should purchase this under the assumption that the condition cannot be improved.
There is light skinning to all four rear corners and a number of small blemishes have been repaired.

      Both the print and I are in London. I can ship worldwide at the buyer’s expense. I am asking for £34,500 and offers will be accepted and I expect, most will be ignored. I feel that this asking price is in line with the recent £42k Artnet result. I am realistic regarding the condition and it will sell, so if you can’t otherwise afford an official, unsigned print with a Pest-Control-issued COA, this may be your chance. A COA was recently issued for the print (it is in hand) and it is registered under my name. I am the print’s second owner.


     I do expect some pathetically low offers, which will go straight to my trash folder. In order to address this I would ask that anyone interested first message me with their email address and ask for a self-written condition report and pictures. You’ll be sent a zip via email, not WhatsApp. Once reviewed, please send me a separate message in which the subject line includes the following: offer amount in £, your location, payment method and date of payment. Include any important details worth noting in the body of the message. Please assume that non-response is due to lack of interest.
