It would be like saying Banksy destroyed a buildings wall by painting on it... 😀 No, it wouldn't. You removed pages. Banksy adds paint. But yeah, you're totally, completely, 100% bonafide correct.

My first framed authentic Banksy!, by Coach on Aug 10, 2018 18:24:53 GMT 1, Not trying to be mean but I am curious for those who framed imbecile balloons or own "Morons". What do you think the message is or does it matter since it is a piece of Banksy?
As others have said, and as I mention in my photo caption, Shrigley rather than Banksy. But the question is still valid I guess. The message on the balloon is humorous. It fitted the event perfectly. The balloon is a momento if my day and night at the opening of dismalland, at which I had an astonishingly good time with many friends.

Haven't figured out how to do it yet, but think it would an awesome piece if you could find a way to do so.
Spray foam would do the trick. The same that Christiaan Nagel, aka the mushroom man, uses for his sculptures around London. Contact him (eg on twitter or email) and he will surely get back to you - super nice guy.
