well it does sound about right to me, although I can't seem to remember seeing very many CND s on the bay.
The truth is I think CND is definitely a more valuable print, but by how much.. probably more than a grand in real lif-have had a fair bit of interest via pms
I like everyone to have a good deal, but I don't want to rip myself off!

Banksy CND Soldiers Print, by weaver on Sept 23, 2008 21:58:59 GMT 1, Not read the thread, but in recent sales etc, CND has been seeing 3.5-4K, tracking close to J&J, S&S 2-2.5K, CND is worth a good bit more, and is a lower edition, 350 signed vs 500 signed, but the 350 unsigned might open things up to some extent. CND for me any time, wish I had a signed one.

With all questionable ebay sales nowadays it's impossible to say, but I would take a guess at at least ยฃ4 with all provenance. A good S&S is about 2.2-2,5K now. I think this is a more than a fair deal from dills side.

It looks to me like either it was a complete scam or the seller didn't get what he was hoping and is trying for more.
The negative feedback on the last transaction (replied to months after it was placed), and the previous feedback for items 'daughters' have loved all indicate a hijacked account.
I wouldn't bid on this either, but I'm in Australia so I've asked if I can pick it up just for the heck of it.

"the listing stated that payment was to be made by paypal.
when i won the auction, i received an email advising me not to pay by paypal and pay for this using another method.
i was not comfortable with this and the seller said there paypal account was being upgraded, so couldnt accept any payment through this method.
i then receievd another email advising me to pay via western union. this email looked very suspicious, even though it did look like it was originated by ebay, so i checked this with ebay.
they immediately replied and said this was a spoof email and was not to proceed any further.
upon contacting the seller about this, i have not heard a word from them since, hence my negative feedback to warn against any future buyers who may buy from this seller in the future."

A signed CND went on ebay for less than ยฃ5k and a Dfaced tenners at auction last week only made about ยฃ10k (from memory)
