There was one on ebay that did not sell at a starting price of ยฃ4.4k. I messaged the seller but he never bothered getting back to me.

If you think the price is too high can u provide recent sales or listings with lower prices?
For example:
I had a mint CND for sale a couple months ago, had 2-3 offers for full asking price of 10k usd within 48 hrs, even after it was put on hold.
Asking price here is reasonable.
