Usual story with me - will meet in person to deliver all of the below due to value. Deposit up front and bank transfer upon delivery. If you live too far North or East you may have to do me a solid and meet half way.

Snik - Fix the Sky (Bronze Metallic AP) - Another stunner I will probably regret selling. Hard to photograph, but the orange is more of a bronze and is metallic - imagine what a 'bronze leaf' would look like. Was the first big piece I bought. Framed in UV glass. £1100 / £1250 framed £950 / £1100 framed (my cost)
Snik x Martin Whatson - Girl in the Dress AP - This is THE most beautiful print I own, hands down. However I also own the Dilk variant which I was going to sell, but need the funds so had to pick this one. Hand finished by Whatson, and very tidy compared to his usual stuff. Anyone who had had one of these pass by their hands can confirm what a stunner it is. Currently floated in a black box frame - again can professional remove or sell framed. UV glass. £2500 / £2750 with frame £2250/ £2500 with frame.

Why do you care so much. It’s not a downturn - it’s a domecile acquisition. On the priority scale, Pejac is low priority to a house buy and would of course be a casualty in trying to making owning property a reality. A few weeks, a few days, a few years... who cares how long they hold. That’s not up to you to decide what’s acceptable.
