The *official* Dodgy ebay seller thread, by trimblesroads on Feb 2, 2019 6:26:07 GMT 1, Warning: Dodgy eBay buyer "Downtown_inc". The guy bought something of mine, paid for USPS shipping, and then after ordering the dude demanded to have it shipped UPS or Fedex. Both options are clearly more expensive, so I let the guy know that I'd have to refund and cancel and relist, adding the UPS option. The guy said, "I will buy again, but please no games." I told him it wasn't a game and that the shipping cost was $32 more and wasn't going to eat the cost.
He replied, "Shipping does NOT differ by $32 no way". The jackass left unfavorable feedback after that.
Recommend that all sellers add him to your block list. The buyer doesn't list his name in his paypal account and his feedback is set to private. I'm guessing he's probably a seller who uses this account to purchase and leave negative feedback on his competitors.

my point is that any COA issued by Dope gallery would not be legitimate as they have little experience in proper authentication of these notes, have no permission / authority to issue a COA of these notes, and have issued their bullshit “COA” on proven fake Tenners on more than one occasion.
