Jonas Wood โข Speaker Still Life Print, by campfire headphase on Sept 23, 2019 15:45:44 GMT 1, don't PPs and APs both usually go for more than the regular edition? Coller, itโs all up to what itโs worth to the bidder ultimately. Both AP and PP sit outside the regular addition. Generally, people place a higher value on APโs vs. PPโs as it come from the collection of the artist, rather than from the collection of an anonymous printer. There may be a little more cacheโ if itโs from the artistโs own personal archive. My $0.02.

I donโt post about - Parla, Dran, Whatson etc because I donโt like the art. Simple. Of all the different topics and artists discussed I come here to post or read content about the ones I like. Not my fault their art is banal and boring. If it wasnโt, Iโd click through the threads and discuss more. Simple really.

i don't really care, to be honest - you're free to post whatever you like. it's the internet.
your reactions are a little amusing/over the top though, and i'm guessing that's why other users on here keep playing around and dogging you

Jonas Wood โข Speaker Still Life Print, by campfire headphase on Sept 23, 2019 19:28:58 GMT 1, Hi Coller -
2 of those threads are to notify people about an upcoming auction. Much like how people are posting about the upcoming parliament or banksy auctions at Sotheby's and Christies. It's not unusual for people to do that. Regarding fact finding and discovery of values of the art I have, it is always good for me to know that. People ask for this info on their collections, or in advance of a buy here all the time. The forum is a resource, is it not?For pricing info, to buy, sell, trade and more? Okay, cool so nothing odd there.
I don't recall ever seeing in the forum rules and guidelines that for every 1 thread I post about Jonas (whatever it may be), that I am obligated to post about another artist I could not care less about. When was that ever a thing, explicit or implicit? I collect Banksy, I collect Jonas Wood. I am only concerned with the content on the board related to these two artists, with few exceptions.
So anyway, back to the point - auction. It is a great print. Good luck to anyone who decides to take a stab at it.

Jonas Wood โข Speaker Still Life Print, by Express Post on Sept 24, 2019 0:51:29 GMT 1, Still a cagey response. Anyway I'll leave these here for the public to consider. Two outcomes here. You flipped the second print and you are hiding the fact you are a flipper. Or you lied about ever owning a second speaker print.
You usually raise your collection when nobody asked. Now you are being asked and now you don't want to talk about it. Anyway where I was going with this was you say you are collector, fair. Then you said you acquired a second speaker. Again fair, but nobody ever asked you. Now you say you only have one speaker print, and when queried about the second one, you get defensive and begin obfuscating. Very much cagey. This is a public forum, everyone is fair game. Again - this post.... this* thread topic is about an auction. Not a topic of sale or speculation about anything I have. This is about a sale of property belonging to the printer who worked on the print. This thread is about their* object. Their print has nothing to do with my collection, yet you are fixated on on derailing the thread away from them* selling their* print and trying to engage me about the contents of my collection and to divulge what I have and what I have sold.. They are not related. I mentioned that I have one in the context that they are great images from personal ownership experience. Some people will bid on this that have never seen one in person. I see this image every single day. Itโs good and I can vouch for it. Thatโs it. Thatโs all. I have volunteered information as many many people have about their collection on this forum before (and will after). The key in that scenario is that when they do it, to what level, is something they decide without need of your blessing, policing or permission.. I have decided elsewhere to share aspects of my collection in the same way. I am not obfuscating. What I am doing is not allowing you to take the choice to share/not share my personal collection details away from me. That is solely up to me and isnโt dictated by you. Iโd appreciate your stop trying to control that decision.

No. There is no statute of limitations on what I own and what I do with it. If I buy it, itโs my property. To hang, to store, to blow my nose with. My decision. Never up to you.
