FoundationBayeler confirmed via email that they will be shipped from Switerland.
Would the taxes be 5% for art?

AFAIK, UK customs tax everything at 20%. It is then up to you to fill in a form after receipt and claim the tax refund allowed for art works.

if the paperwork and package are labelled correctly, you will have the right amount of tax applied

The butterflies are priced too high. Do you really think anyone would be buying them even if confirmed?

Which is why so many people are fiending for them.

Damien Hirst, The Aspects H6, by Deleted on Jul 5, 2019 13:10:46 GMT 1, Absolutely NO ONE is missing out if they didn't get selected on these! The retail price on the H6 are highly overpriced compared to H5 and H6. $6k USD compared to $3k USD is a big jump. Also, you know a H7 is around the corner... He's basically now reprinting a lot of his old prints and doing a few new ones with Heni.
Haven't spoken to anyone who really hopes to be selected for one of these. Seems like more are actually hoping to save the 6K than spend it on this print.
Bob, did you not mention these were all sold out on the day of the release? Like you mentioned H5s were also sold out the day of release, which clearly wasn't true.
Bob where is the new Richter you mentioned a few months ago? Heni never heard of it yet.

None of you are bent or crooked enough to lie to a government agent, amirite?

Saw it at Phillips 2 weeks back. No glare, very nice.

Looks like the surface is very scratched and marked. I have a feeling this is the one that was on display in the Serpentine shop.

Ah. Perhaps I didn’t look close enough. I just thought they were brush details from the original painting.

Certainly a testament to the detail. Another thing was the frame of the print was sturdier than the h4-h5-h6. This also makes its presentation a bit more like a canvas and prevents flex in the print. If you lay the Hirst print flat with the image up, the corners droop.
