Definitely a fake. Just Compared the "Banksy flying rat (Street sprayed 2004 in Berlin on traffic sign near the Alexander place and the Sony Center)" with the Wall & Piece Book page 106. Horrible!
I'll report to ebay as well. Hope they care and do not only look to the provision they'll make...
PS: He's sellig a Pablo Picasso drawing from 1906 as well.

If you want further clarification of their fakeness, here are some obvious flaws with the banksy street pieces in her listings
Banksy Lenin
1. Note the hair spike circled is located differently on the original, on the fake it is also a different size
2. The name is located in a different place, if you notice the letter a is not in the correct place (on the original the A is in the black lepel of lenins coat)
3. The holes on the sign are located in different places also
Banksy A Very English Rat
1. Look at the location of the umbrella, circled area is further away in the original, compared to the fake
2. The tail curls up on the original, the fake doesnt
3. The fake has no holes for the screws
Banksy Binrat
1.in the original piece his tag slants more to the right than the fake
2. Look below the tag on the original, there is a moulding line running just below the it
3. The S is different to the original also

1) More than I, say, Lenin stencil exists and each one is slightly different.
2) There was more than, say, 1 Lenin stencil sprayed up, so the positioning etc will be different.
I suggest this as I purchased what was slated as definately a fake on here, and since have had it proven to be, without a shadow of a doubt and by the highest authorisation source going (I am not going to say what the piece was ot who authorised so don't bother asking), to be genuine.
So, don't always be too quick to say its a fake, you can get an original for less than 200 quid if you do your homework....
