I have IK18 out of the bag, framed, no glass and the white tiles are completely matt, not glossy / shiny like the red and black. Just checked closely. Iโd want to see the COA stuck to the original bag and the box it came in or receipt with name matched. Even then, the tiles just donโt look right. Thanks. Jamo.

The white tiles are not as glossy as the colored tiles but they still have some little glossy reflection in them. They re not completely matt. With strong light you will get the reflection on the edges.
