I don't know if this is the case here or not but does it ever occur to people that the artist might not have the money to edition a print, might not have the backing of a gallery willing to finance it, or may have bigger priorities in the way of family which they choose to put first before paying out on editioning. This could explain why the wait, it could even explain why they choose now to sell the print, it may be something they had no intention of releasing but needs must. Lets have a bit more tolerance and understanding and a bit less cynicism. Give folk a chance and they may surprise you.ย
This new artist has made ยฃ7500 in 24hrs for a bit of photoshopped Inkjet shรฎt. Poor bloke my heart bleeds.

I simply like the image and have a soft spot for Dismaland. HMU if selling. I know a guy in states who bought twenty of the signed ones. I will get him to DM you when they arrive
Bottom line is it is risky.
If someone takes that risk I guess they deserve to make a buck or two.
Too risky for me.

All I saw was when he said "Sadly no hand finished version due to time constraints All prints will be sent out on the 21st of August". Could easily "find time" later perhaps. 21st?! Suppose didnt want to fully invest in printing all stock just incase edition was not sold out ! Time to print the other 50 prints , when do the guys that purchased actually get their coa?

happened with the outis release ยฃ1000! Paul insect teddy bears from dismaland cost ยฃ100 were selling at ยฃ4000 at one point , cautys riot shields from dismaland ยฃ500 at one point selling for ยฃ5000 even the box sets when first came out sold for ยฃ7000
a few people will try to make money of this release to the uninformed
