May not get a PC cert, but if the only thing in question is the signature (the poster itself is legit from that original run) Banksy will soon enough be in that strata of artist who can have his sig authenticated by PSA/DNA like Warhol, Haring do now.
That'd be enough for me.

I hit up the seller with a stack of offers intially to end it early. Was a bit to keen and she ended the listing and stating she wanted to send it to P.C. Seller was not a collector just had the poster in a tube since 03.
Told her it would not get COA, but see what they say about the signature.
It was re listed with the extra info from P.C. As above.
Ill see if I can get the emails I have sent it off to Jen to see whats up.

I also have a letter from the owner of Sleazenation who personally had it signed from Banksy back in 03 ( who I acquired it from) Based on who they are acquired from...they are 100% legit and being that only around 5 were signed I would think only a few are around or in good condition today.

If you think about it the POW prints are just "prints". For me it's the fact there are just a handful out there unfolded and even fewer signed. Absolutely... and a print coming with a COA makes it in a category of it's own. My point was just judging them more on their rarity and my own personal enjoyment of it. I'm just lucky to have come across one with fantastic provenance..don't think I would have acquired it otherwise.

The magazine included them in an issue and 1000s were printed and given away. Only a small batch were signed from what I was told by several people. Are you saying you had 8 signed posters? |
