I just could not support what seemed like such a transparent cash grab, by a guy who has not been involved with the artist for many years now. I figured if the artist wanted these photos to be seen, he would have released them himself.
Speaking of which, it's been 15 years since Wall and Piece. I sure as hell hope the artist has a follow-up in the works....

I was one of the people pressing him for answers on his Instagram the other day and am the one he would have rather refunded than try to find out what happened to my book. He has now officially scrubbed his Instagram of any references to this mess he created and has also disabled the email address “info@banksycaptured.com” which he was insisting we all use for communication. There are no more books available on his website, and no way to contact him in regards to missing prints, photos, or books that never turned up. I think it’s fair to say at this point that we have officially been hustled. If you are missing anything that you paid for from this guy or had prints arrived damaged that he refused to deal with, call your bank and report the charges as fraud. We will never see those books, and it’s safe to say he had zero intention of ever sending out that stack of tenners and the Banksy print he promised to someone. It was all a scam to sell more books. Thanks to whomever posted a link to this thread on the Instagram.

Yes that could be an issue for photos that Laz took up to 2008 when they parted ways, and Banksy formed Pest Control. But that still leaves 12 years of Laz free photos along with stories, quotes, and other background info that his fan-base would love to have. Just from shows alone, we have Banksy vs. Bristol Museum, BOTI, Dismaland, plus the Walled Off Hotel and GDP projects. This doesn't even count the hundreds of street pieces he's done since 2005, most of which were not photographed by Laz.
