I emailed customerservices@pestcontroloffice.com a few days ago, and still no response. Bide your time - give it a couple of weeks. They're not the quickest.

Pretty happy about it--it's at the framers now 
I cc'd the original owner in the email, so I'm just hoping Pest gets back relatively soon (before I forget about it).
Question: When they do a transfer of ownership---what even happens? Do they just say in an email "ok, we transferred it to your name" and that's it? Just wondering what the process is more or less.
Also--emailing them and not filling out the form online was the correct thing to do in this case, right?

I then filled in and sent the online form with detailed photos of print including close ups, blind stamp with numbering, the original tube incl. all sticker labels, handwriting etc and got my PC certificate within days. Did similar with my TM and CYW and got PC Certificate within a week.

Got a reply i think the next day, paid and got the cert sent to Australia. Got there in under 2 weeks. Bloody efficient.
Only did this at the end of November.

Emailed them and filled out online form on Monday, resolved by Thursday.
Overall very happy with how that turned out

I just did this -- requested COA two years after authentication. They emailed me payment instructions the next day and I had the COA within three weeks (I'm in the US). Just email them at authentications@pestcontroloffice.com, include your authentication request number, and ask to pay via paypal if you don't want to do a BACS transfer. |

They responded the same day, and requested clearer images of edition number and stamps. I replied the same day to the address it was sent from, but havent got any confirmation that they have recived it, or any other replies since that.
