And it also stops a predatory capitalist attitude taking control (legally) of a name (BANKSY) that would be able to shift endless units of mass cock-womble designed and probably exploitatively produced bollocky, ass-hatted 'official' product for private gain. There’s also the irony that Banksy is asking for assistance to protect his brand from the public he tired of supplying to. Just so that he can continue providing to his vip list. It strikes me that without the lower level public clamour for his work the high end prices wouldn’t be propped up. Every so often he throws a bone to ensure that interest is maintained. He had to release the extra Grey Nola edition because of all the whining and entitlement when things didn't go as planned online and I believe something similar happened with the Choose Your Weapon release and he had to make the Grey edition. He's not tired of selling to the public. The whining and entitlement felt by so much of the public these days ruined it for everyone.
I ordered a signed Grannies from POW years ago and I received an email saying, sorry you are out of luck and the system sold the print number you were supposed to receive twice. I was pissed but I didn't yell at them and expect a Grey edition to be produced for me.

Orderly line kept in check by 8 or so stewards in beige trench coats. Quite a lot of people braving the rain to check it out. Some press and media too. So many great editions. Not easy to take pics in the rain and with the reflection of the glass but will upload some shortly. Summary of signs I noted below. Maybe have missed a couple so feel free to update this list! Baby mobile - edition of 3 Clocks - edition of 150 Early learning counting set - from an edition Goldfish - Edition of 15 Thrower - From an edition Rug - from an edition Duck and cover (set of 3) - Edition of 50 Axe - From and edition Cushions - ?
