Many laptops simply have screens with lower resolution, an external monitor use to solve it but tbh I see no use in it since its very unlikely that they would release anything in the sites footer.
Anyway, you can check by right-clicking the desktop and choose screen settings or something similar.

For a while it was the same at Dismaland, where only children could purchase the Shrigley balloons.

I'll state the obvious but you will be very lucky to grab anything unless the site has some ideas planned, eg they popup a link to another location or there is some other method to purchase.
You would hope if banksy is bothered about capitalism he would make it a level playing field. If it's all about raising money for charity, churn out another DP or go paint the charities front door. Save a lot of peoples time, stress and disappointment.
