BANKSY Gross Domestic Product™, by Easy-Z on Jan 18, 2021 4:19:04 GMT 1, Out of curiosity, when someone buys aftermarket and the COA is not yet issued, how does one assure they will ever get it from the seller? Partial payment now, partial when COA arrives? But how do you lock it all in? -No I am not looking to buy these You just need to get used to the fact that you most likely got scammed. People are going to be stressing when PC asks for a picture of the buyer in front of the piece holding their identification and newspaper with the current date. That doesn't really answer my question or I am missing it. For example, a number of the Banksquiat prints changed hands already. But the COA is not yet issued correct? So how do you make a LEGIT purchase that big and insure you get the paperwork when the time comes?

I don't believe it will come to that On the other hand that would had been hilarious 😂

I’m pretty sure the owner of these is a member of this forum, the location & price band matches the figure I was quoted when enquiring about them. Seems on the steep side to me but without previous sales prices as a benchmark who knows.

Quick way to close the discussion:
derivitive : how many official Banksy prints with COA did you buy in your lifetime so far ?
If the answer is bigger than Zero, then you know how to deal with Pest control and you know it won’t be an issue to get the name change (if you are not in a hurry
Case closed.
Most of the non sense written above is by people who never dealt with PC

I don’t have a tagged T-shirt but I own one of the Girl with Balloon with pendant. As far as I know they’re not getting COAs, but I don’t know much! They are individually numbered and come with a numbered tag, but that might be all you get (plus original proof of purchase, confirmation email etc.) unless told otherwise. I’m not expecting anything. Price is tricky - there’s not a lot for sale. I’ve only seen 2 of the type i have being sold, and the last one went at auction for I think 21k. It doesn’t stop people on Instagram DMing me to offer me £1k though 🙄 Good luck if you manage to get hold of one cheaply.

Well, looking at your recent posts it seems like he’s right. You constantly argue about how great the walled off hotel wall sections are while referring to most other stuff as tat. You put a lot of effort in defending wall sections as not being tat. Who cares? Why are you so obsessed with tat?
This is a Banksy board. I like the walled off stuff. I like the GDP stuff. I like the prints. I think most of the people around here do as well. We love Banksy. We can’t wait to see what he does next.
It’s all art. You don’t have to be so obsessed with value, labeling other pieces you see as ‘tat’ and defending your wall sections as ‘not tat.’ Your wall sections are cool, why not just enjoy the art you love?
