BANKSY Gross Domestic Product™, by 25127096 on Oct 10, 2019 12:17:39 GMT 1, Just read about some people paying kids to get them a poster. Unbelievable, yet it doesn't suprise me. Some people will do whatever they can to get a bit of easy money. As always though, it's the real fans that will miss out because of the actions of some selfish adults who should really know better. No surprise to see that grubby little shìtehawk Steph Ratcatcher selling 3 on the bay.
Keyboard warriors always make me laugh, especially undercover ones. Live and let live.

BANKSY Gross Domestic Product™, by Madmickshere on Oct 10, 2019 12:31:52 GMT 1, Thought I'd add my pennies worth to the mix after reading through 76 pages of this post on here over several days from the beginning until now. Well finally managed to convince the Mrs that when she finishes work on Friday evening we must go window shopping in Croydon which is around three an half hours each way from here in Wales, just hope it's worth it otherwise I'll get it in the neck again. So far I've never managed to get any of Banksy's artwork even though I once queued up in the freezing cold all night at POW when they had a limited print sale on and all I ended up with was seeing them beat the hell out of a piñata!! However I've seen most of his stuff around Bristol, seen a bit in London, saw his snowflake one on the garage at Port Talbot, saw the fantastic exhibition in Bristol museum and that chimp parliament (that's the closest I've been to nearly £10,000,000) and best of all spent a whole day in Dismaland (easily my favourite) and got the T'shirt (still got it) but still no art after all these years (nor can I probably afford any now). Would love to go to the Walled Off Hotel but could never persuade the Mrs. nor can I afford it. So, after all these years following the Banksy I still love his stuff and the way he gets everyone talking. If he wants to come to my place and work his magic, he's welcome, as that's about as good a chance as I'll get of getting some genuine Banksy art other than ram raiding his GDP store. Anyways can't wait to see Gross Domestic Product tomorrow night in the flesh and then again on Saturday morning in the rain. Now I'll exit through the gift shop............

BANKSY Gross Domestic Product™, by jimbofatz on Oct 10, 2019 12:32:28 GMT 1, Here's what's wrong haha
1) Banksy could silently crush any law suit by Full Colour Black behind doors. IF they actually are a tiny 3 person company. I don't care if they did anything wrong he could have their doors shut for a fire code violation by noon and crush them by days end. Welcome to 1st world lawyers they crush competition or buy them out -- those are the two options. At no point would they suggest throwing an art show like some wacky sitcom episode.
2) Full Colour Black has had a high profile link to Banksy for over a decade with brandilism. It's quite possible that's been legit it's far more believable than what we've been told now.
3) Banksy is a brand. The only difference between Banksy and Coca Cola is Banksy has a better PR team and graphic designers. He'd have no problem proving he's used the images to make merchandise money. Go walk over to a mirror and see yourself drinking out of an official Banksy mug from walled off and wearing an official Dismaland tee.
4) Banksy isn't one person.
5) Now that this unpleasantness/reality check has been said. Please continue your wish lists to Santa.

BANKSY Gross Domestic Product™, by GMA on Oct 10, 2019 15:19:40 GMT 1, Well hopefully it'll be in the evening at least, ideally after 7pm (for anyone reading wink wink nudge nudge). I'm working next week, on-site at a place I haven't been for a lonnnngg time and they are always busy af so I definitely won't be able to be F5ing at midday.
I know it's been discussed, but what do we all reckon then, seriously now, with Thrower, Banksy Basquiat print, Clocks ... reckon it'll be a bunfight? lottery? sack race?
I wouldn't be suprised if it's a free for all, go go go style situation, everyone hammering in their details, banks declining payments, people going mental at their banks for declining and missing out, just pure carnage.
One things for certain, if I score I'll look like my avatar gif.

Don't make the begging that obvious... It's not begging ( innit .dappy ? ) , and I won't tell the forum what he asked me or told me ( the words ! ) for one of this print that, in fact, I don't care. He contacted me first, not me. And well I am not a dumb, nor an imbecile also.
I know that he have plenty of mates here - it was not the same case with Cookiemonster posting all the history of my ebay sales here as if I was a criminal ; as if it was the drama of the world for few quids lol - ,
And If I went over the top a bit, it was only kidding ! Coz whatever, I like this guy !

BANKSY Gross Domestic Product™, by GMA on Oct 10, 2019 15:33:19 GMT 1, I cancelled a meeting on Wednesday, so hopefully the shop opens the day after the 14 days after the 1st of October. No offence intended, but to me this all reads as insanity. Anyone who does actually know anything isn’t going to post it here. Anything else is mere speculation and just noise. Inviting guesses about when and what time a shop might open, and then adjusting real life based on that speculation, just seems crazy. I hope you do manage to buy something that you’re happy with and wish you good luck! No way, adjusting life for something like this is well worthwhile. I'm with kjg on this one. I know it's a bit of a shot in the dark as we don't even have a date or time, but cancelling a meeting isn't so bad, I guess it depends on the meeting but it can't be that important if he's cancelled it and moved the date. There's no way anyone wants to miss out on this opportunity. Gotta riddddeeeeee the wavveeee mannn.
