I have plenty of repeat customers via GSP. But yeah you're right, if you have a different tax rate for art they're going to overcharge. I've sold both ways over the years - unfortunately there aren't many guarantees when shipping internationally and if something goes wrong along the way the seller is on the hook. GSP takes that variable out of the equation. Don't get me wrong, I send plenty of tubes 1st class low value gift as well.
