If you checkout glass modern Facebook there is no mention of a black vinyl release earlier this year, just the red or green. Seems a decent buy for Β£18 odd posted....

These are only selling because of the name association artwork on the sleeve.

Even though its a 'limited' edition of 1000 Vinyl. Its still a heck of a lot to shift of only vinyl these days, particularly as Matthew Sweet is not a well known artist. I havenβt listened to Matthew in a good 20 years, his album with Girlfriend on it was quite good, still sounds good today. My guess with his power pop he has retained an audience in Japan, leading to this album cover work. It will be interesting to see if these retain any value for Matthew Sweet collectors or Nara collectors.
