There are many, many legitimate authorised prints from a multitude of artists that do not come with COA's.

This is an original that I obtained on 13 October 2019. I worked out a good place to hang it now, so I'm not looking to sell.
N.B. The print has been sitting under some paperwork for a while and the paper has yellowed. There is also a mark where I'd placed a piece of paper on top which seems to have protected the centre from yellowing so much. Otherwise it's good condition with minimal creasing and no tears. It still has the masking tape attached which I imagine is useful to verify it's not a copy.
I'd like advice on restoration - is it worth getting someone to remove the staining and does anyone have any recommendations for a good art restorer? The paper is so fragile that I would be worried about further damage.
On framing, I'm thinking mounted and with museum glass. Is that the best?
Can't post a pic as I left the print with the framer who will give me a quote from framing in the morning.

Go all in with the framing though: archival, acid free, museum glass etc.

You want the best UV protection you can get. And acid free materials to stop the yellowing getting worse... if possible.

But if it's performed on valuable ancient manuscripts then perhaps it can work. If it helps to stabilise the paper without making the rat bleed in anyway, then I could also be interested.
