They marked it on the customs document as "ART POSTER" .
Art posters are products which are under 21% import tax.
Art prints only have 9% import tax on them....
So I had to pay twice the import duties due to this.
And I can't even file a complaint, because they write in the confirmation email :
"Available Edition" .
Not really a description that will make an impression at the customs office......
Emailed them - no response.....
