The courier took order of mine for delivery 5 days ago and it was meant to be delivered no later than the 14th.
As of now, it has only made itโs way as far as the sorting hub.
Delivery is super slow, as other members have commented but I wouldnโt be too concerned about it.
Mine was shipped 3 days ago, since then the tracking hasn't updated at all it says delivery due 13/11/19....not likely anyone else? The following day I had a parcel2go / hermes tracking. It's been 'collected' but not yet in transit and I have an expectation date for the 18th. So they might take prompting to act.
