Standing for human advancement, Ryan Hewettโs first solo exhibition with UTA Artist Space, is entitled H+. Exploring the ideas and philosophies of trans-humanism, H+ seeks to represent visually how todayโs technologies might lead to radical improvements in human health and extended lifespans.
In line with these concepts, Hewettโs exhibition presents a series of hybridised portraits, figurative works and landscapes that hover on the boundary between the human and what the artist defines as the humanoid. By combining natural forms with geometric contours and straight lines, Hewett symbolises a trans-humanist outlook, merging the environment we live in and a possible futuristic society.

Exclusive limited edition THE SKATEROOM collection to be launched this Sunday 21st November, in collaboration with Qatar Museums
American artist, JEFF KOONS, whose work examines popular culture often in the form of paintings and sculptures that transform everyday objects into works of art that engage the viewer, is perhaps most recognised for his balloon animals produced in stainless steel with reflective mirror-finish surfaces.
In his first collaboration with THE SKATEROOM, KOONS will launch two unique pieces on skateboards, with 500 numbered editions of each. Released in collaboration with Qatar Museums, under THE SKATEROOMโs socially engaged business model, 10% of all revenue is gifted to social projects empowering and educating children around the world.
This inaugural collection by JEFF KOONS for THE SKATEROOM gives collectors the power to create real change in the lives of vulnerable young people.

2022 heralds the 10th anniversary of LISA Project NYC, the innovative non-profit organization that, over the course of the past ten years, has been infusing the streets of New York City with murals while simultaneously raising awareness and sparking important conversations around issues relating to social justice, diversity and equality.
In anticipation and in celebration of the occasion, LISA Project NYC is unveiling a new silkscreen print release program that will highlight and memorialize several of its historic murals while raising funds to support the evolving programming initiatives of the organization. Participating artists within the first series include Ron English, Indie184, John โCRASHโ Matos and Chris โDAZEโ Ellis. The silkscreen editions are printed by Gary Lichtenstein Editions and published by West Chelsea Editions.
The silkscreen prints will be available on a first come first serve basis at www.lisaprojectnyc.org. The individual print release dates will be announced via media alerts and prints can also be reserved in advance. Purchases are tax deductible.

Jean-Michel Basquiat's Family To Present The Artist's Never Before Seen Works A Multidimensional Portrait of Basquiat The exhibition titled Jean-Michel Basquiat: King Pleasureยฉ, will showcase over 200 paintings, ephemera, artifacts, drawings, and multimedia presentations. The show is organized by the artist's sisters Lisane Basquiat and Jeanine Heriveaux, who run The Estate of Jean-Michel Basquiat, and their stepmother Nora Fitzpatrick. On 1 and 2 December, works offered across the four auctions of 20th and 21st Century Art realised HK$2,007,615,000/ US$258,733,286, the highest ever auction total for the category at Christieโs Asia. The sale series began with two evening auctions โ Worlds In A Hand, a thematic sale, and the 20th/21st Century Art Evening Sale, which saw masterpieces by Gerhard Richter, Jean-Michel Basquiat, and Sanyu surpass the HK$100 million mark and multiple world auction records broken, including an artist record for Yayoi Kusama. This was followed the next day by the 21st Century Art Day Sale, a stunning white-glove sale, and the 20th Century Art Day Sale. The sales achieved a combined sell-through rate of 97%, and saw 24 artist world auction records established, demonstrating tremendous market strength in Asia.
