I would say Mrs Banksy is just another Not Banksy jumping on the bandwagon, making money from people who think it is actually Banksy himself, pure speculation. It's clever of them people tho, making a mint from these knock offs and people lap it up. It's basically gambling. "Ah its a hundred quid, might as well, who knows, it could turn out to be him alllllll along".

I for one haven't jumped on board. IF it did turn out that he is all of the pseudo names then hats off, your bet has come in. I don't have cash to throw on such a ludicrous punt and minuscule chance of it being him. Good luck to anyone who thinks otherwise.

You are correct but I would go a step further. 
It is a nice cheap way for those of us who can't pull the trigger on spending huge money on a Banksy, to have the images we like.
I have a few Mrs. Banksy, and for the price I am very happy with the quality.

That is just a silly statement. 
I enjoy the art.... Matters less to me on who produced it.
Knock off clothing if it had the quality I wanted why not. Why give the big brand all the money. That is unless you are hung up on image and labels. 
Rolex? I am lucky enough to have a real one. 
It is not lost on me however that others are making money off his art, which I am torn on.
They all borrow and steal, Banksy included.
But I believe all these small artists producing Banksy images only helps the Banksy brand.
Brings small time collectors into the loop that may strive towards a real Banksy some day.
Certainly buying a $100 Mrs. Banksy doesn't take any food of Banksy's plate.

You're correct, it does look good, but I still stand by my original statement of this having nothing to do with Mr B, which was what your original post was asking. Nothing to do with price points of her work, or the quality. 

I totally agree with people buying these as they are the closest they'll ever get to owning a "real" banksy, that's fine, no problem, never has been. My response was in reference to your post asking "if this could be the siginificant news coming in March"

I went against some advice and brought a Mrs Banksy and Not Banksy piece as there is no way on earth I can afford a real Banksy and I am happy I did. I don't know the ins/outs about what to look for but am more than happy with what I got and my Mrs loves her Mrs Banksy flowers so its a win win for me! I like the fact that he/she is donating to a charity too just shows its not all about making $$$.
