KAWS - Blankets Studio Voltaire, by sfnyc on Jan 22, 2020 16:13:27 GMT 1, The blue version could be seen as having a climate change message
No need to be looking for a deep message here, this is by Kaws after all! It's hype and pretty that's about all.

KAWS - Blankets Studio Voltaire, by Winter on Jan 30, 2020 17:36:57 GMT 1, It can probably be stretched like a canvas (to some extent) and put in a tray frame. Likely to be quite an inexpensive thing to do.

KAWS - Blankets Studio Voltaire, by Tax and Shipping on Mar 13, 2020 12:52:49 GMT 1, Think these are back up - HoV have added them for sale on Artsy too, and no longer showing up as sold out on site (although sold out text is still in listing).

Looks like they've got a few left for anyone interested!

Paid artwork? Did complete a few transaction with paddle 8...seems no issue. Just that once there’s a seller who taking the longest period to ship the item but was follow up aggressively by paddle8

Was probably one of the easiest auction houses I've dealt with in terms of logistics.

Agreed, not having to worry about getting the piece to the auction house and covering expenses was such a selling point. Someone just picked up and the deal was done. Was looking forward to using them again but the negative stories kept creeping up in numbers.

Beautiful, thanks! That was my qualm with my only dealing with Paddle 8 - letting go of the piece without payment.

My feeling is it’s worth it as Artnet has a much more mature and established collector base, so yea any hit on the listing fee will be offset by the better result that comes with getting in front of this audience.

However, yes I should have gone and read through their website prior to asking a quick question here.

KAWS - Blankets Studio Voltaire, by HRE on Aug 1, 2020 7:27:02 GMT 1, Looks great. That must be huge. What size is it?
How heavy is the frame? did you use glass or acrylic. I need to frame something large so wondering if the weight of the frame is an issue on my rubbish walls.

I used UV glass and had the blanket wrapped around a board.

Kaws is offering a new blanket again. Did the first two in red and blue also get a signed certificate of authenticity? Can someone please explain to me why these aren't sold out already? The image is nice and framable and comes with a COA. Thank you!
