Corona Virus effect on the art market?, by Terry Fuckwitt on Mar 30, 2020 21:53:25 GMT 1, Itโs obvious corona is already widespread. Trudeau, hanks, bolsonaro, arteta, dorries. If these people have it how doesnโt everyone else? The only people being tested are rich, powerful or dangerously sick. The numbers for infected are so understated it is causing mass hysteria with the whole itโs 10 times worse than flu etc, when in the same breath people complain there is no testing but use the tested figures to suit their hysteria narrative. Iโm willing to bet that in the next week Trump or pence will have corona if only based on the direct links they have had to infected people. It can be bad and it can be serious but the mass hysteria people are spouting is sickening and really doesnโt help anything. Right now it is factually not worse than flu based on deaths. Irrelevant of infected numbers. Some of the things people are stating is so out of touch itโs amazing. Work from home as if everyone can do that. Shut the schools as if people can afford childcare. I find it more scary to watch people act in this way than i fear getting it.
Just checking in, as its been over a week. Trump and Pence still not caught it yet. Any change of thoughts?

Corona Virus effect on the art market?, by Terry Fuckwitt on Mar 30, 2020 23:15:51 GMT 1, I first met the bitter, deeply unpopular belligerent arsehole Nick Walker around 2004. How wrong I now find I was to have thought that he, or indeed anyone, could ever be a bigger cรผnt. If only it were possible to Like a post more than once. The man is an unapologetic t**t and his cรผntery is legendary amongst those of a certain age in Bristol.ย
Haha, a lot of love for Nick Walker tonight. Wasn't he bitch slappin Banksy a while back or POW. I remember him sounding like a total dick then.

Corona Virus effect on the art market?, by tab1 on Mar 30, 2020 23:36:07 GMT 1, Headline should be โBellends donโt understand basic rules, endanger thousandsโ. In America the news channels show a lot more content than uk ,i.e death scenes i wonder if these types of people saw the reality of scenes in icu wards they would change their actions ? just like local papers that name local law breakers , pictures of offenders on national news after pm questions would curb the issue .

Absolutely. I think the UK press have changed tact slightly. At the beginning I think they tried to calm people by mentioning underlying health conditions when mentioning any deaths but now their focus is slightly towards educating the cerebelly challenged that their actions are costing lives.
I've seen daytime TV campaigns in Asian countries trying to educate people about the dangers of roads or train tracks and they're showing graffic images and video footage of accidents and the aftermath. Having said that they all ride without helmets and on the wrong side of the road anyway.

There will be always a small minority that will not be educated no matter how much evidence and facts are presented but maybe media releases could show the harsh reality to shock people into seeing this is the reality

Yes, there are selfish decisions being made but we must also remember alot of this is down to economics. Half the people crammed into those tubes are probably petrified of loosing their home or not being able to feed their children.

Again down to management from government , you let the public govern in a emergency lockdown and most think independently , interpret information differently to each other and you have the situation with the tubes ,either they can limit numbers on platform to enter tubes ,have conductors on each carriage to limit ,slower service but would limit numbers and keep London running or use for restricted personnel only / jobs , as the way it is will be always congested

Trust me when I say that the economic fall out from this will be like nothing that has come before and will make catching the virus for a lot of people seem like an all expenses trip to Vegas. The last recession put 90 million people globally into poverty as defined by the WMF. This will do double that and then some. I donโt think enough people comprehended what that means, to get an idea look at the average life expectancy in Dagenham compared to Chelsea, or Somalia compared to Luxembourg. We are literally cutting lives short of millions of people so please donโt get on your moral high horse because people need to earn a living.

Local mp, ha ha. Iโm sure the most right wing government we ever had give a flying fuck about people being pushed into poverty, most of them relish an opportunity to burn down the system and rebuild it. These so called short term support packages will be paid back with interest in the form of crippling austerity and taxes on the working/middle class, kiss good bye to the NHS in 5-10 years. This will go down as the biggest fuck up in history, you may not agree with me now but wait a few months when people start to get some perspective and start taking stock of the cost of all of this relative to the risks and questioning why they have been suckered once again by a ferrel media and irresponsible power crazed politicians. When the fear for people turns from maybe getting an illness that in all likelihood they will recover from in a few days to the reality of definitely losing their job, their homes and not being able to support their family watch the wave of discontent rip through society. No one knows what 20% unemployment and 15% falls in GDP look like but trust me it will be savage.

I donโt think enough people comprehended what that means, to get an idea look at the average life expectancy in Dagenham compared to Chelsea, or Somalia compared to Luxembourg. We are literally cutting lives short of millions of people so please donโt get on your moral high horse because people need to earn a living. Emergencie service sector , classed as the front line ?, serving the whole community unreservedly and with out judgement , can still air thoughts to discuss ideas for ways to stop and contain, long term if this is not controlled now those businesses that employ the ones that need to use public transport will or may go bankrupt providing no jobs once this is controlled .short term loss is better than long term loss of earnings The government needs to put support packages in place for all as this will always continue as things stand . bigger picture the greater the infection the more deaths and the greater chance all other services sectors will be effected no one is in a comfort zone at the moment , everyone is out of their comfort zone and everyone are struggling in some way or another even if people do not display it . people need to formulate what is effecting them and raise issues through their local mp to raise in parliament .

Corona Virus effect on the art market?, by Nordicstar on Mar 31, 2020 6:30:55 GMT 1, This kind of misinformation should be punished! I first met the bitter, deeply unpopular belligerent arsehole Nick Walker around 2004. How wrong I now find I was to have thought that he, or indeed anyone, could ever be a bigger cรผnt.
Yes, but please, donโt say cunt as if it was something bad. It isnโt.

Judging by the length of some recent posts on this thread, I'm thinking that some people have run out of things to do at home. Only so many wanks you can have in one day

I have met Nick a few times over the years. He was always happy to chat sign a book or do a little doodle.I personally never take anything I see online as 100% accurate until I do a little more research. And to be honest I'm not sure Nick's insta account is seen as the place to get factually correct content regarding SARS2. #I love Nick Walker... but that video is Wack mate.
