Corona Virus effect on the art market?, by tab1 on May 15, 2020 15:09:46 GMT 1, www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK8439/Vaccines may only work on a limited portion of populations . A vaccine developed now may not work on the virus 2!years later depending on how quickly the virus has alternated Mutations are much more common in viruses than the average public would think Combination of virus strains can mutate in the same host The government has much more information that could be released openly that would help individuals to make their own right actions moving forward ... this is common knowledge ... each year the annual 'flu' vaccine is modified depending on which strain they believe will go around the world that year, starting with and initial testing in Oceania ... on average they get about a third completely right ...
Common knowledge to what part of society ? Many people did not know you could die of the flu until highlighted on the news reports in the early stages of the pandemic as a lot of covid 19 data was compared to influenza flu , a lot of people do not bother or care about current affair news or are aware of global affairs Some one argued that mutations do not occur when I mentioned these points in the first weeks of the pandemic .

Corona Virus effect on the art market?, by tab1 on May 15, 2020 22:20:14 GMT 1, He is a proper wheezalย - they can't admit they f**ked up. Itโs wayyyy beyond even admitting past wrongs, they continue to lie day after day after day. Almost every single word is literally and demonstrably untrue. Itโs genuinely impossible to fathom how any sentient human being can even dare to insult the publicโs intelligence in such a manner.
Although all the information is out there on the internet to research and cross check the average individual from the General public will not be inclined or resourceful To go out of their way to check Statements , quotes and facts presented to them from the government and have full trust in their government presentations , i expected information would be held back to prevent panic in the populations but would not expect straight lies . All failings will come to light in public inquiry 10 years later , too late for many

Corona Virus effect on the art market?, by tab1 on May 15, 2020 22:21:43 GMT 1, Matt Hancock at today's government briefing:
"Right from the start we've tried to throw a protective ring around our care homes... We've made sure care homes have the resources they need".
No you fรผcking didn't, you lying cรผnt.
Updated ONS statistics show 23,136 more Care Home resident deaths to 1st May 2020 than the same period a year earlier.
That's just under a half (45%) of the 51k overall UK excess mortality levels up to 1st May.*
And that was two fรผcking weeks ago.
*UK excess mortality today, 15th May, looks to be around 61,200. That's the UK's Covid-19 death toll. 61,200 dead.
Matt Hancock is also the worst offender for trying to very quickly move on to the next questioner without allowing them to follow up on the question that he has just evaded. You can sometimes hear them still talking in the background asking for a follow up, at which point Hancock glitches as his eyes fill with panic, before acting like he didnโt hear it. And he pronounces โoneโ and โpositiveโ strangely which winds me up enormously. The lying spineless idiot.

Without understanding the virus fully which the government has admitted Why the rush to loosen isolations now , daily figures released through pm question times is data from the previous two weeks! There is no set time with incubation periods , time set before individuals get symptoms then seek tests , So rushing the public out of isolations may create a spike in infections , unless this is the agenda to complete herd immunity again

Corona Virus effect on the art market?, by tab1 on May 16, 2020 12:13:17 GMT 1, also the full loss of control over groups of the population is now credible , In a scenario as this with mass unemployment , extended isolations, increasing deaths ,certain groups in the population struggling to purchase food and eat ,individuals losing homes , mental illness and domestic violence on the increase as of the pandemic and constantly highlighted to be then highlighted the government withheld vital informations , made the wrong decisions that has caused needless deaths it is creating a boiling point for civil unrest. Hiding or being deceitful with information will eventually come to light and cause distrust , mistakes were made in an likely but unpredictable event which 100% right actions could not have been pre planned for if moving forward from this point the government is transparent with all information and facts The government can avoid all negative impacts

If you can't find it in any other newspaper then you can assume that it's total BS. The Daily Mail hates foreigners. What's an "illegal holidaymaker" by the way? No idea
Thats why i dont read it, It hateful bollocks 99.9% of the time, it just makes people angry with their lies
However it has surprised me why we have kept the airports open and not quarenteening for 14 day anyone coming in
Does anyone here know why that is? Is there a logic behind it? Why didnt the Government put in the required steps?
We are an island, shouldn't have been that hard should it?
Maybe it's just not important to anyone?

Once arrived in the uk during that Time period those individuals would go into the uks isolations guidelines set at the time That applied to everyone
As the entire population in the uk is asked to present themselves to hospitals for testing IF present symptoms it is the onus of the individuals to self monitor which also applies to all air travellers
The virus is present in the population regardless .
If air travellers followed the correct uk guidelines once on brittish territory the effects would not change the R rate , No difference to the everyday movements of brittish citizens
Quarantine based On A virus strain of data from early data received in the beginning of the pandemic from China that gave an average of 14 days , cases of up to 28 days of an incubation period Can now be prevalent ,with many cases of asymptomatic individuals so some individuals may pass the 14 quarantine period and still spread the virus
The virus has mutated many times over and unless upto date data used from a greater sample of the populations the incubation average may have increased
Quaritines are useless with out tests as individuals may go undetected and still have the virus
The questions that should be raised
Knowing now that mutations occurring at different rates around the world and studies suggesting why mortality rates from covid 19 are higher in London as of the density of international travellers bringing different strains of the virus into the uks population was it wise not to pre test ALL air travellers Entering the uk .
As some individuals do not show symptoms and asymptomatic should all foreign air travellers be tested regardless?
Was testing not carried out because of extra costs ?
At the time testing kits were 40-80% accurate , was testing discarded as knew a certain % would pass screening and still carry the virus there fore a waste of funds to put in place ?
The government may see actions sufficient based on information not released to the general public , but by the general public not viewing these informations it may seem confusing and illogical

The pandemic is tedious and everyone That is infected should hurry up and die so we can get back to normality and make profits again on our prints ?

Corona Virus effect on the art market?, by Dive Jedi on May 17, 2020 12:06:27 GMT 1, This week, our 'successful' UK government has 'successfully': 1. Accidentally made it illegal to drive to Wales. 2. Made it easier to see other people's parents than your own. 3. Issued new advice that was officially and sensibly ignored by Scotland, Wales, NI, and the councils of Manchester, Liverpool and Newcastle. 4. Admitted there WOULD now be a customs border down the Irish Sea, after a year claiming categorically there wouldn't. 5. Said its ok for a child-minder to come into contact with your kids, as long as you "open a window". 6. Published advice that you can car-share, as long as the driver "doesn't look left". 7. Announced ยฃ2bn investment, so we could use public transport again. 8. Told us it's our "civic duty" to avoid using public transport. 9. Announced the PM would make a speech on Sunday, because everything in it had to be implemented on Monday. 10. Then, when challenged, said they meant Wednesday. 11. Then said we must go to work. 12. Then said we must not travel to work. 13. Then said it was all explained in the published guidelines. 14. Then had it pointed out to them in parliament that they hadn't published guidelines. 15. Blamed the public for not understanding the new rules. 16. Then went on TV to explain the rules, got them wrong, and had to be corrected by Piers Morgan. 17. Then went to parliament to explain the rules, STILL got them wrong, and had to be corrected by the opposition. 18. Said we should wear facemasks. 19. Then said we shouldn't wear facemasks. 20. Then said - again - we should wear facemasks. 21. Clapped for NHS workers. 22. Then introduced a 55% increase in the fee foreign staff who work for the NHS have to pay to use the NHS services they themselves are providing. 23. Announced quarantine for new arrivals to the UK, a mere 73 days after being officially advised to quarantine new arrivals. 24. Announced they had "only just started" recruiting people to do track and trace, a mere 110 days after being officially advised to urgently do track and trace. 25. Issued a plan to open schools, which teachers said was unsafe. 26. Then said doctors were brave, but teachers weren't. 27. Then had to watch as doctors said the teachers were right, and it wasn't safe to open schools. 28. Then announced tests for kids but not for teachers. 29. Then had to have it explained on live TV that infected teachers can still infect kids. 30. Passed a bill to lower food farming standards 31. Far right fake videos were retweeted by one minister and two MP's, none of whom apologised or were reprimanded.
32. Decided to stop presenting worldwide death total comparisons at daily briefings - despite having done so for seven weeks - just as the UK overtook every other country in Europe to have the highest death toll.
33. The Prime Minister and the Health Secretary lied about care homes.
34. Told more lies.
35. Killed more people.
36. Told some more lies.
Not going well, is it....

Corona Virus effect on the art market?, by tab1 on May 17, 2020 13:38:12 GMT 1, ย This week, our 'successful' UK government has 'successfully': 1. 12. Corona Virus effect on the art market?, by tab1 on May 17, 2020 15:54:22 GMT 1, One minute the government have informed the public how important it is to isolate and stay at home and the R must be kept under 1 now without any new practices to contain the virus and no tracking system which has been shown in other countries to help contain infections the public are told to go back to work The U.K. have ordered 100% accurate tests but the testing kits still being used at the moment Are at 40/80% accuracy so the figure of R rate is potentially higher still than figures released
The R rate is fluctuating just below the R rate that is informed dangerous to the public , the blame for R rate Figures presently is the hospitals and care homes figures that were not being used in the data previously are included now , the staff in these facilities are still being infected and they still commute in the general public , shopping supermarkets etc so even if the government wants to dismiss hospitals And care home figures as They are closed facilities other personnel are still venturing in and out and can potentially spread infections , delivery personnel, cleaners , cooks , carers , doctors ,nurses etc in to the greater community
If primary children go back to school and Any end up with infections of covid 19 or the new associated infections of Kawasaki disease with no extensive research carried out to rule out links to covid 19 yet all further trust of guidelines would be lost With the majority of the public.
The way the structure is presented now will just cause a crisis later on in the year.
facts are the entire nation will be infected at some point , some people will die and some will have immunity regardless of any actions at present And by the handling of the situation now The government can not afford the practices set in place until a vaccine is met , now accepted figures of losses have been calculated to let People Back to work to stimulate the economy

Corona Virus effect on the art market?, by tab1 on May 17, 2020 16:03:34 GMT 1, TV interview today, Sunday 17th May:
9.14am Michael Gove: "The only way in which you can ensure that you donโt get Covid-19 is by remaining at home throughout and having no social contact with anyone."
9.54am Andrew Marr: "Can you guarantee teachers will be safe when they return to work soon?"
Michael Gove: "Yes".
A better way to get people back to work with a new quote
The government is running out of money we need you the workers to get back to work to raise money through taxes for research to create a vaccine for our populations to end the misery of millions of people in isolation A small sacrifice of your lives will save millions , make the right choice !

Some people do not want to discuss the pandemic or follow the news as in their eyes it is tiresome and negative and no positive outcomes by engaging or following the news so they purposefully avoid
Some people do not understand the constant differing quotes sometimes given from each minister when given guidance .
Some people NEED Step by step guidance
Hence we have a government to guide the country and give clear guidance in the best interest of society especially in a crisis to hold order and create safety which clearly is not being met yet.
