I bought one, realised that they were a lot cheaper than they were meant to be, got in touch with the gallery.
They confirmed that they sent out the wrong mailshot, that it contained a picture of the signed print and shouldn't have.
They really quickly gave me a refund.
Hopefully this saves someone a bit of bother.

Order went through and was confirmed. Not sure why your experience was different because the timing sounds identical. |

Was it damaged or anything from being loose? I've found with other vinyl / print editions in the past if it's not done properly you can end up with an impression of the circular vinyl, corners bowed etc? |

Looking at that ☝️ I imagine every print will be damaged as they will all have been folded into the album cover.
They should have made that clear I suppose- your print will arrive pre-damaged

But unless they add some sort of protection, you'd imagine that all the replacements might be damaged as well.
